Exchanges & Returns
We want you to be 100% happy with your order. If there is something wrong with it or you need a smaller/bigger size then please return it to us unworn for an exchange, goods must be returned back to us in a saleable condition and we will then send you out a replacement.
Please return your item to the address provided at the bottom of the page along with a note to explain you would like another size, please include £3 pound coins for return p&p.
Please remember to include your order number, name, address & contact number.
Before returning anything please email us or call 01736 799722 so we know to look out for your order and process it as soon as we can.
Refunds or replacements will only be made if items are returned to us within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
Unfortunately, we cannot exchange, give credit or refund goods which have been stained by make-up, deodorant or perfumes whilst being tried on, items covered in pet hair, cooking smells or have been damaged by you after receipt.
Personalised items with your name or slogan printed on them are non-returnable unless there is a fault or mistake in which case we will replace the item in the same size & colour.
Buyer pays return p&p on all exchanges unless the garment/item is faulty or a wrong item has been posted in which case we will refund your postage for returning the item and send out your replacement in the same size & colour etc free of charge.
We will not refund:
Items that are not returned in there original packaging or have the labels missing.
For example: Leg Warmers with display card missing or unattached.
Headbands, Sweatbands or Mesh Gloves without the card & display bag
Any items that have been washed, tumbled or smell of soap powder etc
Any items that are returned in non saleable condition will be returned to the buyer at the buyers expense.
For Hygiene reasons we can not refund the following items:
